Smiths are experienced in the undertaking of major rebuilds of mobile, truck mounted and crawler mounted cranes both lattice jib and telescopic. A full testing and calibration facility is available. Annual crane testing and certification can be carried out. With the addition of our hydraulics department, we can repair and reseal rams, hoses and hydraulic pipes. This enables us to cut down on time as we do not have to rely on third party companies. With fully equipped breakdown vans, we are able to carry out a lot of repairs to cranes and lorry loaders on site.
